Motivational Notes: “Wake-up Everyday and Feel Awesome”
I Love my
Past, my Present and my FUTURE!
“I Love my PAST, for it took me to my PRESENT, and
TODAY I am working for my FUTURE“. This was the quote I shared with you. I knew you were in extreme pain with all the suffering
you have had to endure. When I gave you
this advice, you merely said “I hope”. My
friend, I feel you. I remember when I
was also in that same agony you are, in this very moment, deeply confronting. When I managed to overcome the misery I
faced, I promised myself that I will help you, in my own little way, by sharing
this note to you.
My dear
friend, these are only suggestions – but suggestions that I have tested and
proven to work – on “How to Manage our Downfall”:
1)
Control your MIND
We cannot
control the unpleasant circumstances that come into our life. We cannot control the hostile reactions or
the disagreeable opinions of others about us.
The only thing we can control is ourselves and our way of thinking. No other experts can help us cope with this
painful situation; ONLY US. With the
power of our mind, we have unlimited abilities to transform any bad situations into
good ones. Train and tell your mind that
you deserve to be HAPPY. Believe in yourself that you can do it and
help yourself to achieve it.
2) Strive to be HAPPY even if your heart is burning with
pain. Stay away from sadness.
When your
mind is all set to change for the better, you are now choosing a path to
happiness. Strive to accomplish this. It may take some time but, believe me as long
as you believe in yourself, happiness will come. During your period of healing and recovery,
try to watch “feel good movies” or “sit-coms/comedy shows” that will really
make you smile or laugh. Stay away from
“tele-novelas” or those sad and depressing movies that might bring you back to
your aching condition. Also, during the
course of the day, constantly look at yourself in the mirror and give yourself
your “BEST SMILE”. Be happy and LOVE.
3)
LOVE
yourself MORE than you ever did before.
As a human
being, we need to know how to love ourselves. We need to boost our energy in terms of our
self-appreciation because, during hardships, we must not “lose battery”. It is necessary for us to recharge and ensure
we are fully revitalized with LOVE, VALUE and RESPECT. I recommend that you

valuing and respecting your own being (kindly click this link http://danierosemarciano.blogspot.com/2014/05/love-value-respect.html.). Inculcate in your mind that our MOTIVATIONS and INSPIRATIONS will always put us ahead.

Keep moving
forward. Be MOTIVATED and be INSPIRED
daily.
Despite
life’s everyday encounter of problems and desperations; there will always be
HOPE. Every single day is a chance for a
new beginning. Try to make your own motivational
routines to help propel you to a better tomorrow. I want to share with you a motivational
bathroom routine I do regularly which I discussed in my previous blog (kindly

moving forward and stay connected to your GOALS
/ DREAMS.
5)
Grab your GOALS and live your DREAMS.
Live your
“NEW YOU”. Remember that your PAST is just a part – not the wholeness
– of your being. Whatever you are doing
now, in the PRESENT, will fill up
those blank portions of your life. So, we
have to be aware that it is up to us to decide whether we want to plant “a good
seed” or “a bad seed” in us. Whatever we
sow now, we will reap in the FUTURE. Think of yourself as a good farmer, who works
hard enough, cares enough for his crops, and patiently waits enough time until
his fruits can be harvested and are ready to be SHARED to all his loved ones and the whole community.
6)
SHARE your happiness,
blessings and love.
REAL happiness
is not fully complete if it is not shared. This is also one of the reasons why I am
sharing this blog to you. Once you have
achieved, even a portion of happiness or a bit of blessing, it is always
fulfilling to share. Sharing also means
striving to be the best version of you not only for yourself but for all the
people you love and have helped you. We
also must know how to share our sorrows, misfortunes and pains to the people we
TRUST because we believe that they can help us and we have FAITH that these
people deserve your BEST YOU. Always put
in your MIND to be HAPPY, BLESSED
and LOVED.
Note my dear friend, that nobody is
perfect and that nobody will be free from any pain. But try to practice all the advices and
suggestions I gave you. In time, I have
no doubt that you will RISE FROM YOUR
DOWNFALL. I hope, in my own little
way of sharing this blog, I am able to help you feel better and motivated. I also want to thank you, because while I am
writing this, I am re-acquainted and reminded by all of these tips. That being said, if ever I fall down again, I must
need to “Wake-up everyday and Feel Awesome!”
